India, June 1 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.41 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 11.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 52.92 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 5.00 per cent at Rs 139.57 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 146.91 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.75 per cent to Rs 121.37 crore from Rs 131.57 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 88.89 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.18 crore).
