India, July 23 -- Bharat Forge has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Kalyani Powertrain Ltd. (KPTL), has signed a definitive agreement to divest its entire 50% stake in REFU Drive GmbH to joint venture partner REFU Elektronik GmbH.
The stake sale will be executed for a consideration of EUR 12,500, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Upon completion of the transaction, REFU Drive GmbH will cease to be a joint venture of Kalyani Powertrain, marking the company's exit from the venture.
