India, March 11 -- Bharat Forge Ltd. on Tuesday inaugurated a state-of-the-art landing gear components machining facility at Mundhwa in Pune, developed in collaboration with Liebherr-Aerospace & Transportation SAS.
The new facility positions Bharat Forge among the first companies in India — and one of the first globally at scale — to operate OEM-approved landing gear component machining capabilities. Equipped with advanced machining centres for high-precision manufacturing, the plant is expected to strengthen India's aerospace manufacturing ecosystem and enhance the country's role in global aerospace supply chains.
