India, Nov. 3 -- Bartronics India Ltd has been empanelled by Bank of Maharashtra as a Corporate Business Correspondent (CBC) for a period of five years. The company informed the exchanges in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The empanelment is a service-based engagement under which Bartronics India will provide business correspondent services across the bank's network. The contract will commence upon acceptance of the empanelment letter and may be extended beyond the initial five-year term at the bank's discretion.
