India, May 26 -- AXISCADES Technologies has announced the implementation of its strategic transformation plan by transferring its Engineering Services practice catering to the Heavy Engineering, Energy, and Automotive sectors to Akkodis, a global digital engineering consulting firm.
The transaction marks the first major step in AXISCADES' planned transition from a services-led company to a focused aerospace manufacturing and products-led platform — a strategy the company has been communicating to shareholders over the past four quarters.
