India, July 29 -- Avio Smart Market Stack Ltd (ASMS), formerly known as Bartronics India Ltd, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ProClime Services Pvt Ltd to develop and commercialise biochar-based soil enhancement solutions aimed at boosting agricultural productivity and supporting India's climate goals.
The partnership combines ASMS's rural outreach, agricultural expertise, and formulation capabilities with ProClime's experience in biochar production and carbon project development. The companies will jointly develop and validate biochar-integrated fertiliser formulations designed to improve soil fertility, water retention, crop yields, and long-term carbon sequestration.
