India, Aug. 26 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.24 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 5.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 57.33 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.98 per cent at Rs 277.77 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 259.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.75 per cent to Rs 268.72 crore from Rs 251.72 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 89.77 per cent at Rs 0.61 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 5.96 crore).
