India, Feb. 9 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.74 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 10.65 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 55.49 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined by 5.76 per cent at Rs 47.97 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 50.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.26 per cent to Rs 34.96 crore from Rs 34.87 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 18.75 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.16 crore).
