India, Aug. 19 -- Aluminium futures prices declined by 55 paise, or 0.16 per cent, to Rs 346.50 per kg on Wednesday, tracking subdued demand in the spot market and a reduction in positions by traders.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), aluminium contracts for August delivery traded at Rs 346.50 per kg, with a business turnover of 293 lots.
Market analysts said easing demand from consuming industries and reduced positions by participants kept aluminium prices under pressure.
