India, March 4 -- Aluminium prices on Wednesday rose 0.91 per cent to Rs 332 per kg in futures trade as speculators built fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium contracts for April delivery gained Rs 3, or 0.91 per cent, to Rs 332 per kilogram in a business turnover of 47 lots.
Analysts said the rise in aluminium prices was supported by fresh positions created by traders, driven by demand from consuming industries in the physical market.
