India, Sept. 29 -- Aluminium prices rose Rs 1.15, or 0.29%, to Rs 347.50 per kg in futures trade on Tuesday, supported by fresh positions taken by market participants and a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), aluminium contracts for October delivery recorded a business turnover of 269 lots.
Analysts said fresh buying by traders and demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
