India, Sept. 17 -- Aluminium prices edged higher by 65 paise to Rs 351.50 per kg in futures trade on Thursday, supported by fresh positions taken by speculators amid a positive trend in the spot market.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), aluminium contracts for September delivery rose 0.19% to Rs 351.50 per kg, with an open interest of 3,318 lots.
