India, May 20 -- Aluminium futures traded higher on Wednesday as traders created fresh positions amid positive sentiment in the physical market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), aluminium contracts for June delivery rose by Rs 1.60, or 0.42 percent, to Rs 385.20 per kg in 164 lots.
Market analysts said renewed buying interest and steady demand from consuming industries supported the upward movement in aluminium futures prices.
