India, May 21 -- Aluminium prices traded lower on Thursday, with futures slipping by 45 paise to Rs 384.60 per kilogram as participants reduced positions amid weak demand in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), aluminium contracts for June delivery declined 0.12 percent to Rs 384.60 per kg, with a business turnover of 90 lots.
Analysts said softer demand from consuming industries and profit booking by traders weighed on aluminium futures prices.
