India, March 12 -- Akzo Nobel India Limited, the paints and coatings manufacturer in which JSW Paints holds a majority stake, has received regulatory approval to change its name to JSW Dulux Limited.
The approval was granted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), which has issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation reflecting the new name, according to a regulatory filing by the company.
The company informed that the MCA issued the certificate dated March 11, 2026, approving the change of name from Akzo Nobel India Ltd to JSW Dulux Ltd, with the change becoming effective from the same date.
