India, May 18 -- Akums Drugs and Pharmaceuticals has resumed full-scale manufacturing operations at its affected facilities in Uttarakhand from May 18, 2026, following a temporary disruption.

The company said production at its Haridwar sites was partially impacted for four days, leading to delayed supplies worth nearly Rs 20 crore. However, it expects to recover the production shortfall over the coming weeks.

Akums clarified that there was no physical damage to any of its properties during the disruption and, therefore, no insurance claim will be filed. The company also confirmed that all manufacturing operations across the affected sites and subsidiaries are now functioning at 100% capacity.
