India, Nov. 1 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.76 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 19.71 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 35.26 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 40.00 per cent at Rs 58.81 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 98.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 39.16 per cent to Rs 42.68 crore from Rs 70.15 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.29 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 0.00 crore).
