India, Oct. 19 -- Allied Blenders and Distillers Limited (ABD) has commenced commercial operations at its bottling facility in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, with an initial capacity of 6 million cases per annum. The development marks a key milestone in the company's integrated manufacturing strategy to cater to the state's growing spirits market.
The facility was part of the assets acquired by ABD in January 2026 for approximately Rs 70 crore and was subsequently upgraded with an additional investment of around Rs 40 crore. Its commissioning is expected to strengthen the company's bottling capacity in Uttar Pradesh, improve supply chain efficiency and generate cost savings through increased in-house bottling and reduced franchise fees.
