Pakistan, July 28 -- President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have reaffirmed Pakistan's commitment to eliminating hepatitis C as a public health threat by 2030, calling for stronger national efforts on prevention, screening and treatment. In separate messages issued on World Hepatitis Day, both leaders stressed that timely diagnosis and public cooperation remain essential to controlling the disease.
