SURAB, Aug. 13 -- A vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED) explosion in Surab has exposed preparations by terrorists affiliated with Fitna Al Hindustan, resulting in the deaths of eight terrorists and injuries to several others following the premature detonation of the explosives.
