Pakistan, Sept. 3 -- M Hassan Usmani stunned 8th Seed Abubakar Talha in a major upset in the men's singles draw of the 1st Meinhardt Grade A+ National Ranking Tennis Championships here at the PTF Tennis Complex on Wednesday.

Usmani produced an impressive performance to defeat Talha in a hard-fought three-set encounter. Usmani showed great composure and determination throughout the match, eventually securing a memorable 6-4, 2-6, 6-4 victory over the experienced Abubakar Talha.

The young player's impressive run has further highlighted the emergence of Pakistan's next generation of tennis talent. With confidence high after his major victory, Hassan Usmani will now face Muhammad Shoaib in the next round.
