Pakistan, June 26 -- The US Supreme Court has allowed President Donald Trump's administration to end Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for more than 350,000 Haitian and 6,100 Syrian immigrants, clearing the way for the government to remove humanitarian protections that had shielded them from deportation and allowed them to live and work legally in the United States.

The 6-3 ruling overturned lower court decisions that had blocked the administration's move, with the majority stating that federal courts cannot review decisions involving TPS designations.
