Pakistan, July 22 -- The United States (US) is expected to announce a new civilian nuclear cooperation agreement with Saudi Arabia, marking a significant step in bilateral energy ties as regional tensions in the Middle East continue to rise.

According to reports by AFP, Reuters and The New York Times, the Trump administration plans to formally unveil the agreement on Wednesday before submitting it to the US Congress.
