Pakistan, Aug. 11 -- Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has called on the United States to end aggressive actions to restore security in the Strait of Hormuz. He said Washington must change its approach to help ensure safe maritime navigation and regional stability.

Araghchi made the remarks during a telephone conversation with German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul. The two officials discussed bilateral relations, regional developments, and key international issues during the call.
