Pakistan, July 10 -- The United States has rolled back its visa policy for Nigerians, now granting only single-entry, three-month non-immigrant visas instead of the previous five-year, multiple-entry permits. The change affects all Nigerian travelers applying for non-immigrant visas, including business and tourist categories.
The U.S. Embassy in Nigeria stated that the adjustment is part of a global visa reciprocity process, which is continuously reviewed. According to the embassy, the duration and number of permitted entries are subject to change based on evolving diplomatic considerations and security policies.
