Pakistan, Aug. 29 -- US President Donald Trump says Washington has finalized a major oil agreement with Venezuela. He said the deal gives the United States majority control of more than 65 billion barrels of proven reserves. Trump called it the biggest oil deal in world history. He said the agreement involved private companies and would not cost American taxpayers. The announcement marks a major shift in relations between Washington and Caracas.
