Pakistan, Feb. 11 -- GUJRAT - The University of Gujrat's Academic Council, in its 29th meeting, advanced several landmark initiatives to strengthen student support, academic quality and institutional governance.

The council invited detailed recommendations on the proposed Student Part-Time Work Engagement Policy 2025, aimed at enabling financially challenged students to serve in university departments while continuing their studies. It also reviewed the launch of a one-credit hour Lifesaver Training Course, in line with Punjab Higher Education Commission directives, to equip students with essential life-saving skills.
