Pakistan, Aug. 19 -- A Ukrainian man was arrested in Croatia over suspected involvement in the 2022 Nord Stream pipeline sabotage. German prosecutors announced the arrest on Wednesday. Croatian police detained the suspect in Pula. German authorities identified him as Vladimir Z. They said he is strongly suspected of helping cause the explosions.

Prosecutors said Vladimir Z. was a trained scuba diver. They alleged that he took part in dives needed for the operation.
