ISLAMABAD, Aug. 8 -- Pakistan has announced that it will formally seek an explanation from Ukraine over a recent claim made by the Ukrainian president. The Foreign Office spokesperson said the government rejects the allegation that Pakistanis are involved in the Ukraine conflict. The statement came during the weekly media briefing in Islamabad.

The spokesperson made it clear that no Ukrainian officials have contacted Pakistan about the accusation. So far, no credible evidence has been provided to support the claim.
