Pakistan, Aug. 28 -- Uefa has asked a United States federal court for Fifa documents linked to a planned criminal complaint in Switzerland. The European football body is considering proceedings against Fifa President Gianni Infantino and others. The request targets two Fifa entities based in Florida. Uefa wants documents and testimony that could explain the development of a controversial commercial proposal. The proposal involved transferring rights linked to the men's and women's World Cups. It also included rights connected to the Club World Cup. Fifa planned to place these rights under a new company called Fifa Forward Enterprise (FFE).
