Pakistan, Nov. 10 -- The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has indicated it is unlikely to participate in the proposed international stabilisation force for Gaza, citing the absence of a clear operational framework.

Speaking at the Abu Dhabi Strategic Debate forum on Monday, Emirati presidential adviser Anwar Gargash said, "The UAE does not yet see a clear framework for the stability force, and under such circumstances will probably not participate in such a force."

The US-coordinated initiative is expected to include troops from Egypt, Qatar, and Turkiye, with the aim of maintaining stability in Gaza following a fragile ceasefire after two years of conflict. Last week, US President Donald Trump suggested the force could be deployed "very soon...
