Pakistan, Aug. 12 -- Typhoon Dolphin has brought heavy rain across large parts of China, including the capital Beijing. The storm became the country's strongest typhoon this year. Heavy downpours flooded roads and left vehicles stranded in several areas. Meanwhile, the storm set new rainfall records across central and eastern provinces. Authorities warned residents to prepare for further rain and possible flooding.
