Pakistan, Oct. 10 -- LAHORE - Police in Lahore have arrested two suspects accused of blackmailing and robbing a call center owner at gunpoint in Gulberg, with the help of CCTV footage, ARY News reported.
According to police, one of the suspects, Faheem, was a former employee of the victim's call center who had recently been fired. In retaliation, Faheem and his accomplice allegedly held the owner, Tariq, at gunpoint and snatched Rs50,000 in cash.
CCTV footage showed the suspects threatening the victim, and police confirmed that they also issued death threats during the incident. A pistol was recovered from the suspects, and a case has been registered. The investigation has been handed over to the relevant police unit.
