Pakistan, Aug. 14 -- Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan will conduct joint military exercises under their new Makkah Joint Defence Agreement. The agreement aims to strengthen defence ties between the three countries. Turkey's Defence Ministry said the deal would create a stronger and more lasting military partnership. It was signed on August 7 as the three countries seek closer defence coordination. The agreement will cover land, naval and air exercises involving the armed forces of all three countries. Officials believe these activities will improve cooperation and strengthen their collective defence capabilities.
