Pakistan, June 27 -- US President Donald Trump has indicated that Washington could respond to what he described as multiple Iranian attacks on a ship, saying the incidents were unacceptable and that any decision on retaliation would become clear in due course.

Speaking to reporters at the White House, Trump said he was displeased by what he claimed were four attacks carried out by Iran against a vessel a day earlier. According to the president, three of the alleged attacks were successfully thwarted, while he did not provide further details about the fourth incident or identify the ship involved.
