Pakistan, Sept. 11 -- US President Donald Trump has promised a $5,000 "Trump Dividend" for every adult citizen if Republicans win the November midterm elections. Trump made the pledge during the Republican Party's first midterm election convention in Dallas, Texas. He said the payment would depend on Republicans retaining control of both the Senate and House. Trump also presented the elections as a referendum on his second-term performance.
