Heavy monsoon rains caused flooding across Pakistan, killing at least seven people in Dera Ismail Khan while leaving parts of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and other regions severely waterlogged. Streets turned into rivers, houses and shops were submerged, and stranded vehicles created chaos for commuters.
