Pakistan, June 30 -- Actor, singer, and filmmaker Teyana Taylor emerged as one of the biggest winners at the 2026 BET Awards, taking home four major honours during the annual ceremony celebrating achievements by Black entertainers, musicians, athletes, and cultural figures.

Held at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, the awards recognised Taylor with the prestigious Icon of the Year honour, presented by Janet Jackson. She also won the Fashion Vanguard Award, Best Actress, and Video Director of the Year for her short film Escape Room.
