Pakistan, Oct. 10 -- Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry said Pakistan will no longer tolerate protests that disrupt peace. Speaking at a press conference in Islamabad, he condemned the Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) for spreading unrest instead of holding peaceful protests. He emphasized that while peaceful protest is a constitutional right, disorder and violence will not be allowed.
Chaudhry stressed that the government respects democratic traditions, allowing protests under strict conditions. However, he warned that anyone exercising this right must follow the law.
