Pakistan, Aug. 18 -- The Supreme Court has ordered former prime minister Imran Khan's transfer to Shifa International Hospital until the next hearing. The court also ordered a medical board and strict security during his transfer. The ruling comes amid concerns raised over his medical condition.

Justice Shahid Waheed questioned why authorities had not submitted Imran Khan's complete medical record. He said the material provided to the court only contained a summary. The court directed authorities to submit the complete record before the next hearing.
