Pakistan, April 8 -- You are a supermodel turned published writer. Tell us a little about your transition from walking the ramp to penning poetry- two such different professions- how did it happen for you?

For me, they were never that different. Modeling taught me how to express without speaking, poetry allowed me to speak without performing. On the ramp, you tell a story with posture and silence. On paper, you tell it with vulnerability and truth. The transition happened naturally. I've always written privately journals, scattered verses, unfinished thoughts. Eventually, the words demanded more space than the runway ever could. Modeling gave me confidence; writing gave me depth. One built my image, the other built my voice.
