Pakistan, July 16 -- South Air has launched scheduled domestic flights from Karachi's Jinnah International Airport, expanding Pakistan's aviation network. The Pakistan Airports Authority said the new services will improve domestic connectivity. Passengers across the country are expected to benefit from better travel options.
The private regional airline has started operations on the Karachi-Turbat-Quetta and Karachi-Bahawalpur-Islamabad routes. Its inaugural flights, Z8911 to Turbat and Z8942 to Bahawalpur, departed from Karachi on Thursday morning. Initially, the airline will operate one weekly flight to Turbat and three weekly flights to Bahawalpur.
