PESHAWAR, Jan. 27 -- Six newly-confirmed judges of the Peshawar High Court (PHC) took oath of office on Monday in a ceremony led by Chief Justice SM Attique Shah. The event was attended by fellow judges, law officers, lawyers, and court staff.

The newly-confirmed judges include Justice Mohammad Tariq Afridi, Justice Mian Abdul Fayyaz, Justice Salahud Din, Justice Sadiq Ali, Justice Syed Mudasser Ameer, and Justice Qazi Jawad Ehsanullah.
