Pakistan, Aug. 31 -- A fire safety report has revealed serious safety gaps in major government hospitals across Sindh. The report was submitted to the Sindh government by 22 public hospitals. It found that several major hospitals lack fire alarms and water sprinkler systems. The findings have raised concerns about the safety of patients, staff and visitors. Several hospitals also require urgent repairs to electrical wiring and other safety systems.
