Pakistan, Sept. 9 -- Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has felicitated the nation on Pakistan Navy Day, paying tribute to the Pakistan Navy for its outstanding performance and sacrifices during the 1965 war.

He said that September 8 reminded us of the remarkable performance and sacrifices of the Pakistan Navy in 1965 war.

The Chief Minister in his message said that Pakistan Navy's performance was a historic example of the Pakistan Navy's courage, professional expertise and excellent strategic planning.

He said, "During the 1965 war, the Pakistan Navy's 25th Destroyer Squadron successfully carried out an operation against the enemy."
