Pakistan, July 7 -- Gold prices in Pakistan fell sharply on Monday, following a decline in international markets. The price of gold per tola dropped by Rs2,500 to reach Rs353,000, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). Meanwhile, 10-gram gold also lost Rs2,143, closing at Rs302,640.

This decline comes after gold prices had already dropped earlier in the week, with rates hitting Rs355,500 per tola on July 4 after a Rs1,500 fall. Internationally, gold prices decreased by $25 to $3,310 per ounce, with an added premium of $20.
