Pakistan, Aug. 6 -- Former Bangladesh cricket captain Shakib Al Hasan's ancestral home came under attack after he joined a virtual event with Sheikh Hasina. The incident happened in Magura town on Wednesday.

According to police, a group of people vandalized the property. They smashed windows and threw petrol bombs at the residence. The attack caused a fire on the upper floor. However, no one was inside the house at the time. Authorities confirmed that nobody suffered injuries. Police have started an investigation into the attack.
