Pakistan, Sept. 28 -- The 29-year-old actor plays Fabian Salah in the new season of the HBO show. He said the cast and crew made him feel comfortable from the moment he joined.

Shaheen said he has enjoyed being part of the show and has loved seeing how much everyone cares about it.

"It's been a joy from start to finish," he said. The actor also said he was surprised by how close everyone on the set was.

Heated Rivalry has become a big hit, but he said the set still felt calm and welcoming.

"I just couldn't believe how small and intimate and sort of, I don't know, safe the whole experience has felt," he said.
