Pakistan, Sept. 23 -- Rani Mukerji's mother, Krishna Mukerji, died on Tuesday at the age of 75. Family members, close friends and several Bollywood celebrities attended her funeral.

Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan were among those who arrived to pay their respects. Filmmaker Karan Johar and actor Anil Kapoor also attended the funeral.

Alia Bhatt was seen arriving at the funeral alongside other industry figures. Rani's cousin and filmmaker Ayan Mukerji also attended the last rites, while producer Apoorva Mehta supported the family.

Videos from the funeral showed Shah Rukh and Gauri arriving amid heavy security. The gathering brought together several close friends and colleagues of the Mukerji family.
