Pakistan, Aug. 22 -- A senior and well-informed source has ruled out any possibility of a deal or relief for former prime minister Imran Khan. The source also rejected reports of differences between Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir. The remarks came amid intense speculation following a Supreme Court order concerning Khan's medical treatment. The source described both possibilities as "zero."
Khan was expected to be shifted to Shifa International Hospital for treatment. However, authorities instead took him to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences.
